RS PRO Extension Cable Type K, 10 m


This thermocouple extension cable from RS PRO allows for your existing thermocouple to be connected 10 metres away from your thermometer. The cable is provided with male and female miniature thermocouple connectors for ease of installation. As it's a Type K thermocouple, it has one nickel-chromium wire and one nickel-aluminium wire, allowing it to withstand temperatures of up to +220°C.

The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation is flexible enough for easy routing while providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. You'll commonly find this type of thermocouple extension cable used in high-temperature applications, such as autoclaves, sterilisation systems or pressurised steam applications.
