Honeywell SE3455/5455 Series IREDs
The SE3455 and SE5455 series, from Honeywell, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes in standard TO-46 metal can packages. A flat window enables the SE3455 series to provide a wide beam angle. The SE5455 series has a glass lens which enables a narrow beam angle. Both families offer high power dissipation capabilities and are suitable for applications in hostile envrionments.
