EFM8 Busy Bee Starter Kits

Three starter kits for evaluation of the low-power 8-bit EFM8 Busy Bee microcontrollers. EFM8 Busy Bee microcontrollers offer low power consumption by combining innovative low-energy techniques with short wakeup times.

SLSTK2020A: 25MHz EFM8BB10F8G-A 8051-core microcontroller, 8KB Flash memory, 512B RAM (RS 865-2378)
SLSTK2021A: 50MHz EFM8BB22F16G-A 8051-core microcontroller, 16KB Flash memory, 2304B RAM (RS 865-2371)
SLSTK2022A: 50MHz EFM8BB31F64G-A 8051-core microcontroller, 64KB Flash memory, 4352B RAM (RS 914-0107)
