Si83418ADA-IF isolated smart switches are available in Sinking configurations. With a low RON, the device is capable of providing high continuous current while demagnetizing an unlimited amount of energy from inductive loads. Si83418ADA-IFswitches are are a 4 configuration integrating safety rated isolation in a compact QFN package. The logic interface is SPI, and the Si83418ADA-IF is loaded with protection features to prevent switch damage. It also provides 8 different diagnostic reports to the microcontroller (MCU), ensuring detailed information about how the switches and their loads are behaving on the other side of the isolation barrier.
