G7J-3A1B-PZ 24DC SSR – Solid State Relay, High Capacity Power Relay.

The G7J-3A1B-PZ 24DC relay includes a miniature hinge providing maximum switching power for motor plus resistive and inductive loads. This multi-pole SSR –Solid state relay is used like a contactor.

Feature and Benefits G7J-3A1B-PZ 24DC SSR – Solid State Power Relay.

• PSB Mounted (solder PCB terminal manually).
• Contact 3PST-NO (normally open)/SPST-NC (normally closed).
• Bifurcated contact structure.
• High capacity.
• High dielectric strength.
• Used like a contactor.
• Maximum switching power for motor loads.
• No contact chattering.
• With stands more than 4 kV between contacts with different polarity.
• Flame resistant.

Coil Rating.

• 24 V dc.
• Rated current 83 mA.
• Coil resistance 288 Ω
• Must operate voltage 75% max of rated voltage.
• Must release voltage 10% minimum of rated voltage.
• Max voltage 110% of rated voltage.
• Power consumption approx. 2 W.

Rated coil and current resistance are measured at a coil temperature of 23°C.
Maximum voltage is applicable to the relay coil at 23°C.

Additional Features of G7J-3A1B-PZ SSR – Solid State Relay, Power Relay.

• Contact resistance 100 mΩ.
• Operate and release time 50 ms max.
• Dielectric strength 4000 V ac, 50/60 Hz 1 min between coil and contacts and between contacts of different polarity. 2000 V ac, 50/60 Hz 1 min between contacts of the same polarity.
• Vibration resistance – destruction, 10 to 55 to 10 Hz, 0.75 mm single amplitude (1.5 mm double amplitude).
• Vibration resistance – malfunction, NO 10 to 55 to 10 Hz, 0.75 mm single amplitude (1.5 mm double amplitude). NC 10 to 26 to 10 Hz, 0.75 mm single amplitude (1.5 mm double amplitude).
• Shock resistance – destruction, 1000 m/s².
• Shock resistance – malfunction, NO 100 m/s², NC 20 m/s².
• Operating temperature –ambient, -25°C to 60°C.
• Weight – PCB terminal 140 g approx.

Values above are all initial values. Contact resistance was measured with 1 A at 5 V dc using drop voltage. Must operate and release times measured with an imposed rated voltage with any contact bounce ignored at an ambient 23°C.
