The Microchip MIC4609 Demonstration Board is a platform to evaluate the capabilities of the MIC4609 600V 3-Phase MOSFET/IGBT Driver. In addition to the featured MIC4609 the board provides 6 IGBTs configured as a 3-phase bridge, an overcurrent protection circuit and current/voltage sensing for closed loop motor control.
