This family of phototransistors, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are from their TOPLED® series. They are in a surface mount (SMD) PLCC-2 package. This family are in reverse-Gullwing format making them ideal for looking through a PCB, or flush-mounting. These TOPLED® phototransistors come with or without a daylight filter.
