Mini-Fit Junior 4.2mm PCB Header Connectors

Mini-Fit Junior 4.2 mm pitch PCB headers which form part of the Mini-Fit Junior power connector interconnection system. Mini-Fit Junior power connectors are able to handle up to 9A per circuit making them ideal for use in high current applications. These Mini-Fit Junior PCB headers have fully isolated terminals for protection against, debris, arcing and damage caused by mishandling. The connector housings are also scoop-proof which prevents damage to the pin terminals when mated at a severe angle. The housings of these PCB headers incorporate polarization and keying features to prevent misalignment and mismating with the receptacle. A positive locking mechanism provides a secure connection with the mating receptacle and prevents accidental unmating caused by excessive shock or vibration. An audible click indicates that the connector is fully mated. For a secure connection to the PCB versions of these Mini-Fit Junior PCB headers are available with snap-in plastic PCB peg locks. Versions are also available with PCB mounting flanges. These Mini-Fit Junior 4.2 mm PCB headers are available with a UL94V-0 or UL94V-2 housing material and with a range of contact configurations and contact platings

Features and Benefits

• Can handle Up to 9A current per circuit
• Fully isolated terminals
• Scoop-proof housings to prevent contact damage
• Polarization and keying to prevent mismating
