3M Class II Strain Relief Clip For Use With 3000 Series Sockets, Grey, 0.100 (L) x 0.100" (W) - 3448-3020

This clip fits easily onto Class II sockets from 3M's 3000 series to provide strain relief and boost the durability of your cable assemblies. It'll take the strain off the ribbon cable, meaning the connection isn't subjected to any mechanical stress. 3M's 3000 series IDC connectors offer a quick and easy way to connect ribbon cable, using a blade to pierce the insulation material and make the contact via cold welding. This means there's no requirement to strip wires as with traditional crimping.

• Extends the life of cable assemblies
• Operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C for safe use in demanding industrial settings
• For use with class II sockets 121-0810 and 120-6798

Applications

• Internal wiring
• Telecommunications systems
• Instrumentation panels
