The Keysight Technologies high impedance adapter allows connection of probes that require a high impedance input to the Infiniium V-Series, 90000 X-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and Z-Series oscilloscopes. The adapter allows you to use a high impedance passive probe, 1147B or N2893A AC/DC current probe or N2790A high voltage differential probe with the high-end Infiniium scopes. The adapter comes with a N2873A 500 MHz 10:1 passive probe.
