This component consists of a sensor and uses a magnetic actuator for object detection, reducing the risk of mechanical wear. Its glass fibre-reinforced thermoplastic housing provides excellent impact and heat resistance, so it's robust enough to be used in harsh conditions. It's compatible with Schmersal's food-safe BPS 303 magnet (617-5330) for use in food processing areas.
