Telemecanique Sensors Non-Contact Safety Switch, 5mm Switching Distance, 3 Approach Directions - XCS-DMC Series - XCSDMC5912
Protect users from workplace injury with this magnetic non-contact safety switch from Telemecanique Sensors. Simply fit the device to any machine door or guard and it will automatically cut operating power if the door is opened when the machine is in motion. A sensing distance of 5mm is sensitive enough to maintain workplace safety while allowing for a degree of misalignment to prevent false alarms. For an extra level of safety, this switch pairs a magnetically actuated reed contact with a coded actuator so it can't be deactivated with a simple magnet.
