The Pilz safety sensor is designed for position monitoring of movable guards in accordance with EN 60947-5-3. It features 2 N/O contacts, 5-pin M12 male connectors, and is suitable for applications up to SIL 3/PL e/Cat. 4. The sensor has a cylindrical M12 design with an IP69 protection rating, and an operating distance of 8 mm. It comes with an M12 actuator and is housed in stainless steel. The package unit (PU) includes 1 sensor with the M12 actuator.
