RS PRO Neodymium Ring Magnet

RS Pro introduces a fantastic range of strong high-quality, high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets. Rare earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet currently made meaning they are amazingly powerful for their size and have innumerable uses. These RS PRO magnetic rings are magnetised through the thickness. They are composed of neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion-resistant finish. The maximum working temperature is 176 F (80 C) making them extremely durable. Every magnet has a triple coating of nickel, copper, and nickel again to prevent corrosion. Our Neodymium magnets are commonly used in engineering and manufacturing where compact size and maximum strength are required. They also have many uses in creative applications such as models and theatre design, furniture making, exhibition stands, and packaging. With various size countersunk magnets ranging from 20 mm to 15.4 mm O.D and 6 mm to 3.5 mm I.D RS PRO offers the perfect ring magnet for the application you need.

Applications

Ring magnets are circular, cylinder or disc shaped magnets where the thickness do not exceed the diameter with a hole in the centre that can be countersunk or counterbore. The poles to ring magnets can be diametrically or axially opposite. Neodymium magnets are designed and used for science, innovation, engineering, and industry. Neodymium ring magnets are made with the world's most advanced magnetic materials. They also have many uses in creative applications such as models and theatre design, furniture making, exhibition stands, and packaging. These magnets are commonly used in engineering, manufacturing, work on generators, motors and rotor shafts.
