Schneider Electric power bases are one of two basic units that are required every when used in conjunction with a control unit. This type of power base is independent of the control voltage motor power, it also incorporates the braking function.

Current shown is when at a voltage of 440V is utilised. LUB**** series power bases are non-reversing, LU2B**** series are reversing types.

Schneider are in the process of amending the colour of the TeSys range, from White to Black. This means that the stock you receive could be either of these colours. Please be assured that the colour change in no way affects the Fit, Form or Function of the product.

The TeSys U is a modular system for motor control; it enables the user to create a customised solution for their control requirements, from a series of standard modules. First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.
Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.
Additional plug in functions can be selected and added at any time.
The plug-in bases can use any LU9 type blocks see stock no. 493-8779 for base option
