ROHM Motor Driver IC


The ROHM 8-pin motor driver is an H-bridge HTSOP-J package up to 3A output current IC. This driver can facilitate low power consumption by direct PWM. There are built-in protection circuits in this IC. Each protection circuit operation contributes to set high reliability. This is a surface mount type IC with a built-in logic input pull-down resistor.
