The ON Semiconductor MC33035DWG is a brushless DC motor controller from the MC33035 series. This monolithic brushless DC motor controller device offers high performance alongside several protective features.
The MC33035DWG BLDC motor controller contains all of the necessary functionality to create a full-featured open loop, three or four phase motor control system. Commutation sequencing is a process in which motion is generating from switching current in phases. This is made possible by a built-in rotor position decoder. The MC33035DWG also contains a temperature compensated reference which can supply sensor power, a frequency programmable sawtooth oscillator, 3 open collector top drivers and 3 high-current totem pole bottom driver. This is ideal for driving power MOSFET devices.
