Schneider Electric Cable, 3m Length, Servomotor M23 Connector - VW3M5101R30

Connect up industrial modules with this cable from Schneider Electric. It carries reliable signals between Lexium BRH and BSH series servomotors and drives for the optimal performance of your positioning and speed control applications. Use it to link them to analogue, Fieldbus, pulse or direction controllers. A pre-terminated M23 motor-end connector and pre-wired fly lead make installation quick and easy. This component weighs 810g, so it adds very little strain to your equipment.

Features & Benefits

• 3m length for efficient reach between components

• Brown-bronze jacket for easy identification

Applications

• Milling machines

• Automated factory processes

• Automotive industry

• Agricultural machinery

• Computer systems

How do you test a power cable for a servomotor?

You can test the cable using an ohmmeter and by disconnecting the 3-phase motor lines only from the drive. First, run the test with the cable still attached. An infinite reading indicates everything works well, while a reading of zero usually shows a fault. Then remove the cable and perform separate tests on the lead and the servo.

Why should I only use approved power cables?

Approved power cables ensure reliable performance, while using non-compatible cables may cause malfunctions or prevent your application from running efficiently.
