Rockwell Automation Starter Kit, Signalling Contact Accessory Type, 2 Pole - 140MP-A-ASAR02
This signalling contact starter kit from Rockwell Automation notifies you instantly when a current overload has caused your MPCB to trip. Simply attach it to the right side of an MPCB and if an electrical surge trips it, the 2NC contacts on the signalling contact will open, setting off an alarm. As some fault conditions can cause damage even after power is cut, the unit ensures you can address issues before they cause a problem. This starter kit is ideal for use with air handling units, industrial conveyor belts and lift motors.

What's the difference between an MPCB and an MCB?
An MCB, or miniature circuit breaker, and an MPCB, or motor protection circuit breaker, are both designed to prevent damage due to electrical overload. The main difference is an MPCB is designed specifically to protect circuits driving electric motors, while an MCB can be used in a wider range of applications.
