This static mixing nozzle is designed with a square geometry consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters which ensures full mixing and a smooth even sealant application. The flow inverters effectively channel the fluids from the walls into the centre of the mixer giving a consistent high-quality mix and reducing adhesive waste.
