SRAM click mikroBUS™

SRAM click is a mikroBUS add-on board for adding SRAM (Static Random Access Memory). It features the Microchip 23LC1024, a 1MBit Serial SRAM with SPI Bus.

1 MBit, organised in 128 K x 8 bit of SRAM memory in 32-byte pages
Supports SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface)
20 MHz Clock rate
SPI Bus interface on mikroBUS socket
3.3 V (default) or 5 V power supply on mikroBUS socket
Dimensions 28.6 x 25.4 mm
