A self tapping cylindrical head screw, zinc plated and yellow passivated. Suitable for use in Solid Concrete, Concrete Blocks, Brickwork and some Natural Stone. The hexagon head drive A/F is 4mm and the outer diameter is 7.5mm. Concrete Screws are suitable for use in most solid base materials ranging from reinforced concrete, concrete blocks, brickwork and natural stone. They can also be used in some Hollow Materials depending on wall thickness and application, but their load capacity will be limited by the strength of the base material.Concrete Screws are all steel and are suitable for use where a higher degree of fire resistance is required. Typical Applications:Door frames, Window Frames, Timber Battens.
