Telemecanique Sensors Limit Switch Operating Head, Roller Lever Type, Lateral Approach - OsiSense XC Series - ZCKY43

Need a roller lever to open and close a limit switch? Get things running smoothly with this operating head from Telemecanique Sensors. It's actuated by a 30° cam, which hits the end of the arm. This rotates a shaft to operate the contacts and make or break an electrical connection. The rotation is then spring returned to its original position, making this a momentary switch. You can vary the length of the lever, so it's a flexible choice that adapts to your setup.

Features & Benefits

• Operates in temperatures between -40°C and +120°C, so it's suited to harsh industrial settings
• IP66-rated, so resists dust and high-pressure sprays of water

Applications

• Machine control
• Safety devices
• Assembly lines
• Automatic doors

What other products is this operating head compatible with?

The head's compatible with products from the OsiSense XC series, and you can use it with any head from the XCKD, XCKP and XCKT ranges.

How do limit switches work?

Limit switches detect the movement of machinery, or count items travelling past a specific point. When a machine part comes into contact with the device, the switch acts to make or break the circuit connection.
