ABB Liquid Level Relay, 5 to 100kΩ Sensitivity, 1 Output - CM-ENS Series - 1SVR730850R0100 CM-ENS.11S

Control the ebb and flow of your tank levels with this liquid level relay from ABB. It stops pumps from running on empty or overflowing, so there's no need for you to manually check them. EMC immunity means you can use this monitoring unit in harsh locations with minimal risk of interference from nearby electronic devices. To keep you in the loop, its three LED indicators let you quickly assess its operating status. The relay simply snaps onto a DIN rail for stress-free mounting or removal.

Features & Benefits

• Flame-retardant housing so there's no chance of it contributing to a fire
• Adjustable measurement sensitivity between 5 and 100kΩ for versatility
• Compact housing with a width of 22.5mm, for control-board packing efficiency
• IP50-rated housing indicates it's protected against dust particles

Applications

• Breweries
• Medical and pharmaceutical industries
• Heater treaters
• Contact towers

Can I use this relay to monitor both high and low liquid levels?

Yes, if you use this relay with another unit from ABB's CM-ENS range such as an electrode (746-7514), it's possible to monitor levels in a tank from normal to extreme.

Liquid Level Relays are used to monitor the levels of conductive liquids, and are available in Up/Down, Minimum, Maximum, and Fill/Empty variations. Liquid Level Relays are straightforward to install and safe to use.

Application Examples

Liquid Level Relays (Conductive Level Sensors) are used in a wide variety of applications including waste water management and the monitoring and management of corrosive liquid media, and designed specifically to provide for the:

Monitoring and control of liquid levels
Protection of pumps against dry running
Ability to detect liquid leaks in a system
Control of media mixing ratios
Control of liquid levels
