OSRAM OSLON Compact Series LEDs

The OSLON Compact CL and CM families, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are high power LEDs in a small package. The high-flux LEDs are designed for use with operating currents between 50mA and 0.6A.
OSLON Compact CL LEDs are designed for use with edge-coupled light guides and high/low beams. While the OSLON Compact CM LEDs have a smaller package for AFS Matrix Beam headlamp applications.
The OSLON Compact LEDs are made from a ceramic substrate with an efficient chip mounted and electrically connected. The remainder of the compact package consists of a white embedding material. The electrical contacts are located underneath the ceramic substrate. The OSLON Compact devices also feature and ESD protection diode for ESD stability up to 8kV.

Features of the OSLON Compact:
Package: Ceramic package
Feature of the device: small size high-flux LED for slim designs high robustness
Wide viewing angle: 120°
Technology: ThinGaN (UX:3)

Note

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant wavelength value. Refer to a dominant wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
