Avago ASMT-Ax00 Series LEDs


The ASMT-Ax00 series, from Avago Technologies, are 1W power LED light sources. These high performance, energy efficient devices can tolerate a high thermal and high driving current. The ASMT-Ax00 LEDs are designed with an exposed pad to allow efficient heat transfer from the package to the motherboard. A low profile package makes the ASMT-Ax00 LEDs suitable for a variety of applications where height is a constraint.
