Keysight U1730C Series Handheld LCR Meters

Keysight U1730C Series handheld LCR meters have capabilities typically associated only with benchtop meters. Measuring is faster using the one-touch automatic identification button. Testing on-the-go is facilitated by a battery which lasts up to 16 hours. The handheld LCR meters enable the user to test component types including secondary components of Dissipation Factor (D), Quality Factor (Q) and Angle Indication of Impedance (θ). They include functions that result in a more detailed component analysis. For example, the built-in Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) function helps the user to better understand the resistance behaviour typically found in capacitors across selected frequencies. Also included Quick start guide, Certificate of Calibration, alligator clip leads and 9V alkaline battery.

Features and Benefits:

• 20,000 counts resolution
• 0.2% basic accuracy
• Wide LCR ranges
• Auto identification (Ai) automatically determines and displays component type and measurements
• Detailed component analysis
• IR-to-USB connectivity for data logging to PC
• Test frequency up to 100kHz

Note

Backlight function to ease viewing in subdued lighting (in U1732C & U1733C). DCR measurement (in U1733C).

Keysight Technologies LCR Meter, 9V Battery, 337g Weight - U1700 Series - U1731C

Put your electronics components to the test with this LCR meter from Keysight Technologies. Auto identification determines and displays your component type to take the hard work out of your inductance, capacitance and resistance measurements. ESR, dissipation and quality factor functions give you detailed component analysis, so you can get to the nitty gritty of any problem parts. An adjustable frequency of 100Hz, 120Hz or 1kHz and a choice of auto or manual ranging means it's a versatile piece of kit.

• Light weight of 337g makes it easy to carry and handle
• Flip-out stand props it up on desks and workbenches
• Battery life of 16 hours gives you plenty of power
• Basic accuracy of 0.2% means measurements are precise

Applications

• Electronics assembly and repair
• Research laboratories
• Field service engineering

What type of display does this LCR meter have?

This meter has an LCD display with a backlight for easy reading in dimly lit areas. The dual display means your most important numbers are shown on-screen together. A resolution of 20,000 counts ensures it displays both high and low numbers.
