Teledyne LeCroy, High Precision LCR Meter, 10 Hz - 100 KHz Test Frequency Range
Teledyne Test Tools new series of high precision LCR meters offer three models within the range with maximum test frequencies ranging from 2kHz to 300kHz and Basic accuracy of 0.05%. The Compact design, 2U height and 1/2 rack, is one of the practical features of the series and are suitable for either bench TOP or rack systems. The T3LCR1100 model comes with many features and is the Ideal tool for R&D, production test, IQC, etc as well as testing inductors, multi layer ceramic capacitors and resistors at DC or from 10 Hz to 100 kHz.
The T3LCR series provides a rich set of functionalities while maintaining a Compact size. The entire series adopts a 3.5-inch colour LCD display. Measurement efficiency is increased by the simultaneous display on screen of the setting criteria and measurement results as well as two additional monitoring parameters. The enlarge display mode not only emphasizes the measurement results, but also provides PASS/FAIL confirmation to facilitate Rapid and convenient test results.
