Powertip Reflective LCD TN / STN
Reflective alphanumeric TN and STN dot matrix modules with integral LCD display drivers utilising a 5´7 dot matrix format (except 20´4 which uses 5´8) with cursor.
160 characters and symbols
Supertwist (STN) modules give 100% improvement in contrast ratio and viewing angle compared to the Twisted Nematic (TN) type
CMOS controller and driver
Parallel Interface to 4 or 8 bit microprocessor
Display commands: clear, shift, on/off, read, write
Cursor commands: home, on/off, shift, set direction
Operating temperature range 0°C to +50°C
