This transflective LCD display is engineered to provide optimal visibility under a wide range of lighting conditions in multiple different environments. In bright sunlight, the display uses its reflective layer to reflect ambient light back to the viewer, making the screen easy to read. In darker settings, a strong backlight is built into the LCD to provide high contrast and display clear graphics to the viewer.
