The TSHG family, from Vishay Semiconductor, are through-hole Infrared (IR) LEDs. They are in standard T-1 3/4 (5mm) packages. The TSHG have a clear, untinted plastic package. They use double hetero (DH) technology and offer a high radiant power and high speed output.
