OSA Opto IR LED
The OSA OIS-330 series is a 1550nm wavelength, surface mount dome shape IR LED. It is an SSL (Solid State Lighting) type of LED that sends out light with longer wavelengths than the visible light. This LED is 1206 packaged. It has a forward voltage of rating of 1.05V and a forward current rating of 70mA. This IR LED is used in luminaries and other lighting applications.
