Ixxat USB-to-CAN V2 compact, USB-CAN-Adapter with galvanic isolation and RJ45 connector

With its CAN high-speed interface, the Ixxat USB-to-CAN V2 compact enables a simple and flexible CAN bus connection of computers with USB interface. It is a suitable tool for a wide variety of CAN applications in the areas of testing, development, maintenance, and control.
The PC connection is established via a native USB 2.0 Hi-Speed port (480 Mbit/s), on the CAN bus side the device is connected via a RJ45 connector with galvanic isolation. The galvanic isolation provides reliable protection of the PC against overvoltage and voltage peaks.
Thanks to its high-performance on-board microcontroller system, the Ixxat USB-to-CAN V2 compact is also able to process message bursts (11- and 29-bit identifiers, CAN 2.0 A/B) at bit rates of up to 1 Mbit/s without any loss. This also includes message filtering, accurate time stamping (1 ms resolution) and buffering of CAN frames.
A comprehensive driver and software package can be downloaded free of charge from the website (www.ixxat.com/vci).
