RS PRO 4 mm Orange Neon Indicator Lamp, Wire Terminal, 100/120/220/250 V 250 μA


Although basic in design, the RS PRO neon indicator lamp offers a powerful and durable option for signalling the availability of power in many commonly used electrical components.

This miniature lamp provides a long working life of 20,000 hours and high levels of brightness, thanks to its neon gas-filled glass casing. It has external wires that can be directly connected to equipment when used with a suitable limiting resistor in series with one leg. The body of the lamp is 4 mm in diameter and it emits a vivid, orange light. It has a current rating of 250 μA.

A neon indicator lamp such as this one is widely used in electrical components. Thanks to its long life and low power consumption, it's useful for long-term monitoring of mains voltage in a variety of industries.
