10A Flange Fixing Plug (C14)

From the trusted RS PRO brand, a range of C14 appliance inlet connectors designed for panel mounting. The IEC chassis plugs feature industry standard 6.3 mm (1/4 inch) Faston terminals enabling rapid termination, no specialist tooling is required. Once the desired cut-out is made, these IEC C14 connectors simply snap-in to the panel and are securely retained by top and bottom spring-loaded tabs. Constructed from durable black Nylon 66 material, the RS PRO IEC C14 connectors are extremely robust and hardwearing. These RS PRO series of IEC inlet connectors are ideal for new designs, maintenance and repair.

What are IEC C14 Connectors?

An IEC C14 connector is sometimes referred to as a ’cold’ connector. The IEC panel plug is a 3 wire two pole connector, neutral, earth and live. The C14 male connectors have a rated current of 10A and a maximum temperature rating of 70°C. This series of connectors conform to a recognised set of specifications called IEC-60320. The regulations are laid down by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission). This ensures they meet common global design standards.
