This RS PRO metal clip is made from American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) grade 304 stainless steel for durability in tough conditions. This type of steel is hardened with chrome and nickel to improve resistance to corrosion and oxidisation, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
The band of the clip is stamped at regular intervals for a secure grip from the screw thread on the worm drive. The inside of the band has a smooth surface to prevent damage to the hose material.
