RS PRO Stainless Steel Hex Screw Worm Drive, 9.5 mm Band Width, 9.5 mm - 12 mm Inside Diameter
Need a hose fastener that's suitable for outdoor applications? This RS PRO metal clip is made from American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) grade 304 stainless steel for durability in tough conditions. This type of steel is hardened with chrome and nickel to improve resistance to corrosion and oxidisation, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
The band of the clip is stamped at regular intervals for a secure grip from the screw thread on the worm drive. The inside of the band has a smooth surface to prevent damage to the hose material.
A stainless steel clip such as this one is commonly used in the gas, oil and food industries. You'll find it on hoses in hydraulic machinery and irrigation systems.
