LAPP High-Temperature Cable, 100m Length, 1.5 mm² CSA - ÖLFLEX HEAT Series - 51003

Make electrical connections in demanding applications with this high-temperature wire from LAPP. Its silicone-based insulation withstands temperatures between -50°C and +180°C without becoming brittle. Corrosion-resistant tinned copper conductor material prevents chemicals and oils from disrupting your connection, providing your equipment with reliable power even in harsh environments. Thanks to its flame-retardant halogen-free composition, the cable doesn't release toxic fumes in the event of a fire to keep your personnel and worksite safe.

Features & Benefits

• Supports input voltages up to 300V to serve light industrial applications
• Unscreened single-core design lets you bend and reshape the flexible cable to fit your application without losing conductivity
• Comes on a 100m reel for easy storage and access when needed

Applications

• Furnace and forge construction
• Automotive industry
• Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems

What are stranded conductor cores and what benefits do they offer?

Cable conductor cores come in solid and stranded types. This cable has a stranded core that is formed out of multiple strands of wire twisted around each other. Because of the thinner wires involved, you can reshape stranded cables without loss of conductivity. Stranded cables generally have a higher attenuation rate than solid types and are most suitable for use over shorter distances.
