The cable jacket is made from tough PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material, which has effective insulation properties to prevent overheating in temperatures as high as +200°C. This wire is unshielded, which makes for faster stripping, handling and termination. It has a bend radius 10 times the cable diameter, so it's ideal for use in tight spaces and small appliances.
