RS PRO Heatsink Transistor Spring Clip for use with TO-220

Ensure your device remains cool during operation with this RS PRO transistor spring clip. Our spring clips are designed to produce a strong central pressure perfect for mounting one or two plastic case transistors. These spring clips deliver high mounting pressure to the centre of the transistor or case for maximum heat transfer. During operation, the clip can be used with vertically mounted heatsinks if the transistor has no mounting tabs.

Why Would You Choose This Spring Clip?

This black heatsink gull-wing style clip is made to be used with the TO-220 model of transistor. The transistor can be attached to a heatsink to help cool components, such as those found in mobile phones, refrigerators, and computers, and will prevent them from overheating. It can be affixed to a transistor with an M4 bolt, which can be purchased separately.
