RS PRO Silicone Heater Mat, 250 W, 5 x 10 in, 230 V AC


Control the temperature of your process equipment with this RS PRO heater mat. Made from silicone, it's resistant to harsh liquids including brake fluid and greases as well as formic acid and acetone. This means you can use it on automotive manufacturing or laboratory equipment. It's flat and flexible and can bend around shapes such as cylinders, hoppers and tanks.

The mat's thermally conductive acrylic backing is self-adhesive to make it easy to install without compromising on performance. The etched foil element provides a consistent heat at precise temperatures up to +180°C, so it can be used to maintain the viscosity of liquids or protect equipment from condensation or freezing.

Use this mat to help improve cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food production processes. This product is designed for use with temperature sensing and control elements.
