RS PRO Heat Sealer, 390 mm Type G
This heat sealer from the RS PRO range is perfect for use in industrial applications and with sealing materials such as anti-static and polyethylene film.
The product’s robust build means it offers high performance and reliability. It features a two-way knife to simplify trimming and cutting the film. An electronic timer lets you repeat the sealing process easily, giving you greater control and ensuring consistent quality when working on big jobs.
The heat sealer works best on PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films and can take thicknesses of 200 gauge to 800 gauge (25 μm to 200 μm). For comparison, RS PRO Heat-Seal tubing is 62.5 μm (250 gauge). The seal widths range from 190 mm to 390 mm with a maximum total seal thickness of 2 x 1000 μm.
The product comes with a Type G British 3-pin plug.
