The Integral Memory 32GB SSD drive is a 2.5in MSATA interface device. It is a long-lasting pseudo-SLC (pSLC) flash memory which has an extended temperature range for use in industrial applications. This hard drive provides excellent speed performance of 530MB/s for read and 195MB/s for write. This product has a SMART function for advanced flash management.
