The plastic casing is flame-resistant to protect your kit from fire damage. Thanks to integral brass bushings, you can screw and unscrew this unit repeatedly without wearing down the thread. With an ergonomic T shape and soft sides, it's comfortable to handle so ideal for use with monitoring or mobile instruments.

No, it has two removable end panels that make it ideal for wired power applications. An alternative version (818-0422) is available if you need an enclosure in this size with a battery door built in.
