SKF Stud Cam Follower, 10 mm ID, 22 mm OD - KR22-PPA
This stud-type cam follower from SKF is the ideal choice for when you need to convert rotary motion to linear motion. A thick-walled outer ring enables it to withstand high radial loads, while the crowned raceways ensure a long service life. There's a hexagonal recess at the end of the stud, so it can be mounted easily using a hex key. The internal flange ring accommodates axial loads caused by skews to prevent damage from skidding. What type of cage is used in this cam follower?
This cam follower uses polyamide 66 caging, which produces little friction and permits high speeds. In low lubrication conditions, the caging can reduce the risk of seizure and damage to other components in the system.
