The Infineon EiceDRIVER WCDSC006 is a half bridge driver designed to drive both high-side and low-side MOSFETs in a half-bridge inverter configuration. The floating high-side driver is capable of driving a high-side MOSFET. The high-side bias voltage is generated using a bootstrap technique. The inputs of the driver are TTL logic compatible and can withstand input voltages up to 7 V regardless of the VDD voltage. Even though high-side and low-side power device are driven independently, the driver enforces a 5 ns dead time to prevent shoot-through.
