The Microchip High speed, dual-MOSFET driver is designed to drive high-voltage P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs for medical ultrasound and other applications that require a high output current to handle capacitive loads. The MD1210 features a high-speed input stage capable of operating from a 1.2V to 5V logic interface, with an ideal input signal range between 1.8V and 3.3V. It incorporates an adaptive threshold circuit to set the level translator switch threshold at the average of the input logic 0 and logic 1 levels. Notably, the input logic levels can be ground referenced even when the driver outputs bipolar signals.
