The Alliance Memory 512K x 8-bit CMOS 5.0 volt only parallel Flash memory is organized as 524288 bytes of 8 bits each, with uniform sector architecture divided into eight sectors of 64KB each for flexible erase operations. Data is accessed via I/O0 to I/O7, and addresses are input on A0 to A18. The is available in a 32-pin PLCC package and is designed for in-system programming using a standard 5.0V VCC supply, eliminating the need for an additional 12.0V VPP for write or erase functions.
