3M Lapping Film
The 3M lapping film is tightly graded silicon carbide mineral slurry coated onto a polyester film backing. It is available with or without PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive). It is standard resin type and its colour is grey.

Our films are made up of tightly packed and precisely graded silicon carbide particles, coated on a 3mil polyester film. The tightly packed particles offer a more consistent cut rate and finish.
