From RS PRO, this IP44 site power extension lead features a reliable and splash-proof industrial power plug and socket.
The outer casing of the connector housing and inner contact carrier are constructed from a toughened engineering material designed to provide high thermal stability and mechanical strength. The nickel-plated brass contact pins ensure excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.
The socket end features a spring-hinged cover to protect the receptacle end from environmental ingress when not connected.
Like most industrial power connectors, the connectors are keyed and colour coded for ease of identification and an assured interconnect.
